RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

ElcomShop grants the buyer the right of withdrawal.

You can exercise this right within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The declaration must be sent by registered letter.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art.59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products made to measure according to the customer’s needs.

The return of the goods is at the purchaser’s expense. The goods must arrive properly packaged and in the same conditions in which it arrived.

The Seller reserves the right to reject any product returned unpackaged or in any way other than those specified above.

Replacement goods will only be shipped on receipt of defective goods in stock.
